Graham said: "This annual event draws people from all over the GTA, other cities and towns, and outside the province. Last year, we even had a visitor from the Caribbean. We especially enjoy having children come and spend the day with us, because they really get a kick out of interacting with some of the larger, more colourful parrots."
Show Manager Jeremy Fariaadded: "It’s a great opportunity for pet bird owners, breeders and show exhibitors to come together to share information about exotic birds. Those who may be considering buying their first bird will have the opportunity to learn from our international judges, breeders, club members and show vendors. It’s also a great venue for people who simply want to stock up on bird supplies and other items they can’t always find at the local pet store."
The event is open to the public onSaturday, October 13 from 10:00 am-4:00 pm, and on Sunday, October 14 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, and offers free parking and a special admission price for families.
